Professional Background

I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in New York State, providing telehealth psychotherapy to adults and couples for 15 years. My primary areas of expertise are anxiety, trauma related issues, depression, and relationship counseling. I also have extensive experience in working with veterans and their families. My work integrates evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, EMDR, CPT, and EFT for couples.

I value creating a therapeutic environment where clients feel respected, supported, and understood. Therapy is a collaborative process, and I work closely with clients to identify goals and approaches that align with their needs.

Therapeutic Approach

My approach to therapy is client centered, trauma informed, and flexible. While treatment is guided by clinical assessment and evidence-based practices, it is also shaped by your experiences, preferences, and goals.

I believe meaningful change happens when therapy feels both structured and supportive—offering guidance while honoring your pace and strengths.

My services are provided via a secure virtual telehealth platform.
